A grounds paper for private gardens

The notice

Cookies

One cookie, written by this site, so the notice at the foot of the page can stay quiet after you choose.

A cookie is a short note the browser keeps and sends back to the same site. Loamwork writes one, named loamwork_consent. The value is either accepted or declined. It lives for 180 days, on the path /, with SameSite set to Lax. It is a first-party cookie. We do not use it to advertise, to measure a crowd, or to follow you onto other sites.

Refuse is still a cookie. That is how the banner stays dismissed.

Cookies, the choice

Why a refusal is stored

If we stored nothing when you refused, the notice would return on every page. The declined value is itself the memory of the refusal. It contains no name, no telephone number, and no garden. You can delete it in the browser. The notice will show again, which is the honest result of forgetting the choice.

What we do not set

No analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no embedded video, no font file loaded from Google. The type on this paper is self-hosted. The booking form does not set a cookie. If you open WhatsApp from the Book page, that is a separate site, with its own practices, and only because you sent the note.

The banner

Until a choice is stored, a notice sits at the bottom of the page. Accept writes accepted. Refuse writes declined. Either way the notice hides. The law that sits behind the rest of the record is the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 in force from 14 August 2025, described on the privacy page.
