A grounds paper for private gardens

Loamwork

The record

Privacy

What the desk keeps, why, and the Israeli law that governs it. This page is the notice. It is not a registration certificate.

Loamwork Grounds Ltd, in Hebrew לואומוורק גראונדס בע״מ, company number 514827369, of 17 Charoshet Street, Ramat HaSharon 4702516, is the holder of the enquiry book. You can reach the desk at desk@lawnora.pro or 053-814-6290 during the hours on the Yard page. Personal information on this paper is handled under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 to that law, which entered into force on 14 August 2025.

The book is for visits and invoices. It is not a list we sell.

Privacy, the enquiry book

What we hold

If you send a visit note, we receive your name, telephone number, district, the work you asked for, the day and window, and whatever you wrote about the garden. If the visit happens, we add the address you give us for the crew, the price agreed, and the invoice details the tax rules require. The site itself does not run an account, a newsletter, or an analytics tracker.

The only cookie this site writes is loamwork_consent, described on the Cookies page. It remembers whether you accepted or refused the notice. It does not identify your garden.

Why, and for how long

We use the note to answer you, to decide whether the district is on the round, to schedule a visit, and to invoice it. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it. An enquiry that never becomes a job is deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Invoices and the records that support them are kept for the period Israeli tax and bookkeeping rules require, which is longer than the enquiry note.

WhatsApp

The Book form does not post the note to a server of ours. It opens WhatsApp, a service of Meta, with the text filled in. If you send the message, Meta processes it under its own terms, and our desk receives the chat on the company number. Do not send it if you do not want that. Telephoning the desk is the other route.

Amendment 13

Amendment 13, in force since 14 August 2025, strengthened the duties of notice, purpose, and security around personal information, and it strengthened the hand of the Privacy Protection Authority, the רשות להגנת הפרטיות. It also changed the old routine of registering every database. We keep a small customer book for scheduling and invoices. We secure it to the standard the law and the data-security regulations ask of a record this size. We do not print a database registration number on this page, because we will not invent one. If a notification to the Authority is required for this book, the company makes that notification itself.

You may ask to see the lines we hold about you, to correct a mistake, or to delete an enquiry we are not obliged to keep for tax. Write to desk@lawnora.pro. We will answer. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority.

Sharing

We share a note with the crew who will do the visit, and with our bookkeeper for the invoice. We share it with a public authority if the law requires it. We do not share it with a marketing network. A payment is a bank transfer against our tax invoice; we do not take card numbers on this website.
