The yard on Charoshet

Loamwork Grounds Ltd keeps the mowers, the notes, and the desk in the Morasha workshops. The gardens are elsewhere. This page is the record.

Three gardeners seen from behind, walking away across a lawn, one carrying a rake and others carrying coils of rope.
The crew, from behind, which is the only view a lawn needs of us. No marks on the shirts. The work is the stripe.

The company is Loamwork Grounds Ltd. In Hebrew the name is לואומוורק גראונדס בע״מ. The company number is 514827369. The yard is at 17 Charoshet Street, Ramat HaSharon 4702516, Israel. Maps sometimes write the street as HaCharoshet; the postal file lists it as Charoshet, חרושת. The desk telephone is 053-814-6290. The desk mail is desk@lawnora.pro.

Hours are Sunday to Thursday, 07:00 to 16:00, and Friday 07:00 to 12:00. Saturday the yard is closed, and so is the round. The gate is not a shop and not a showroom. If you need a person, telephone during those hours or send a note from the Book page. A note does not hold a slot until the desk confirms it in reply.

The gate is a yard, not a counter. Come when the desk has named the hour.

How a visit runs

You say which district, which job, and which day. The desk checks the map and the week, and either confirms a window or says we cannot. On the day, the crew comes in that window. We walk the turf before the mower starts. We cut at the height the season allows, lift the clippings, and edge if that was on the note. If a head is sunken, a clock is still in August, or a hedge should not be cut hard before it flowers, we leave a short account. We do not start extra paid work without saying the figure.

Payment is by bank transfer against a tax invoice, a חשבונית מס, from the company, due on the day unless the invoice says otherwise. Prices on the list include VAT at 18 percent. The terms say what happens if you cancel, and which court hears a dispute.

Hand tools with plain wooden handles — a knife, shears, and a fork — laid on cream linen.
The small tools, on linen, without a maker’s mark. Edges and beds are still mostly this, not a gadget.

What we will not take

Restricted pesticides, and any job that belongs to a licensed exterminator. Palm climbing, tree felling, and any cut above 2.2 metres. Irrigation installs, municipal mains, and backflow certificates. Synthetic lawns. Dye on dormant grass. Balconies and building gardens. Towns that are not on the districts list. A claim that a product will green a lawn the weather has browned.

The paper you are reading is the public face of that limit. The species and the calendar are there so a price is attached to a real plant in a real month, not to a mood.
