A grounds paper for private gardens

Loamwork

The conditions

Terms of work

These terms govern a visit by Loamwork Grounds Ltd. The website is a paper. A contract starts when the desk confirms the day.

The company is Loamwork Grounds Ltd, לואומוורק גראונדס בע״מ, company number 514827369, 17 Charoshet Street, Ramat HaSharon 4702516. The classified prices on Grounds are an offer to do ordinary private-garden work in the districts we name, at those figures. They are not a promise to accept every garden, and they are not a contract by themselves.

Confirmation is a reply from the desk. Until then, nothing is booked.

Terms, the slot

The price

Every published figure includes value-added tax at 18 percent. The amount before VAT is printed beside it so a bookkeeper can see the split. If the Knesset changes the rate, the tax invoice uses the rate in force on the tax date. Where that change is already known before the visit, we say the new total before we start. A walk around an unusual garden — a slope, a carry through the house, turf above 400 square metres — can replace a classified line. We state the replacement before the work begins. We do not invoice a surprise.

The minimum visit is 413 ₪ including VAT. If the lines you asked for add up to less, the bill is the minimum. Payment is by bank transfer against a tax invoice from the company, due on the day of the visit unless the invoice names another date. We do not take card numbers on this site.

Cancellation

Cancel a Sunday-to-Thursday visit before 17:00 on the previous day, and there is no charge. Cancel a Friday visit before 17:00 on Thursday, and there is no charge. Later than that, or a locked gate and no answer when we arrive inside the window, the minimum visit is payable. If we cancel because of lightning, a municipal road closure, or because a Friday has run past noon, there is no charge. Light rain does not cancel a leaf cleanup. Saturday is not a working day, and a request for Saturday is not a booking we can accept or break.

The limit of the work

We mow, edge, clip hedges we can reach from the ground under 2.2 metres, feed at a labeled rate or with a thin compost topdress, check irrigation we can see, and clear leaves and first-rain debris. We do not apply restricted pesticides and we are not a licensed exterminator. We make no claim that a product will cure fungus, insects, or summer browning. We do not climb palms, fell trees, open a municipal water main, certify backflow, lay synthetic turf, or dye a lawn. Those refusals are part of the contract, not a footnote.

Law and court

The contract, the visit, and any dispute about them are governed by the law of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the district of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away a right the statute does not allow a business to waive, including rights under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
