A grounds paper for private gardens

Loamwork

The round

Where the mower goes

The yard sits on Charoshet, in the Morasha workshops of Ramat HaSharon. Everything else is a drive we will either name honestly or decline.

A private garden with an old olive tree, a green lawn, a gravel path, and a cream stone wall.
The kind of garden the round is for: a private lawn, an olive, a path, a wall. Not a tower balcony.

A grounds company that says “all of the centre” is a company that will be late. Loamwork keeps a short map. If your street is on it, the classified prices apply and the drive is part of the visit. If it is not, we do not come, and the form on the Book page will not offer the town.

On the round

Ramat HaSharon

Home ground. Morasha, Neve Gan, Alon, Neve Rom, the older streets with a side gate. The yard itself is 17 Charoshet Street, postal code 4702516. It is a depot, not a show garden. Call before you drive.

Herzliya

Villa quarters, including houses in Herzliya Pituach. Not hotel grounds, not the marina promenade, and not a tower with a shared lawn in the basement. The drive from Charoshet is short on a clear morning and ordinary on Road 2 when the beach traffic stacks.

Kfar Shmaryahu

Yes. It sits just west of us. Private gardens, the same list, the same height limit on hedges.

Ra’anana

Yes, north by Road 4. In ordinary late-morning traffic the drive is on the order of fifteen to twenty minutes. We are not the crew that was priced, on a public comparison board, at 150–240 ₪ for a 50 square metre weekly patch. If that is the job you want, this is the wrong paper. If the garden is a house with a lawn, the Grounds lines are the lines.

Hod HaSharon

Yes, to the east. We stop at the municipal line with Kfar Saba. A garden whose gate is in Kfar Saba is not a Hod HaSharon garden because the postcode feels close.

North Tel Aviv

Private houses in Afeka, Tzahala, and the Ramat Aviv streets that still have a gate and a lawn, north of the Yarkon. Most of Neve Avivim is apartment houses; those are outside the round. So is anything south of the river: the old north, the city centre, Florentin, Jaffa, and the south.

Savyon

Yes, and only with the drive said out loud. From Charoshet to Savyon is roughly sixteen to twenty kilometres by Road 4 and 461. On a clear late morning that is about half an hour. When Road 4 is stopped it is longer, and we do not pretend otherwise. Savyon is booked as a Savyon morning, so the drive is one trip. We will not bolt a single Savyon lawn onto a Herzliya afternoon and call it the same day. The minimum visit still applies. The garden still has to be a private house, not a shared court.

Savyon is a morning of its own, or it is not on the round.

Districts, the drive

Where we do not go

Kfar Saba, Tel Mond, Even Yehuda, Netanya, Kadima, and the Sharon coast north of Ra’anana. Petah Tikva, Bnei Brak, Givat Shmuel, and Kiryat Ono. Ramat Gan and Givatayim. Central and south Tel Aviv, and any apartment balcony, roof garden, or building-committee lawn. Jerusalem, Haifa, Modi’in, and Be’er Sheva. If the mower cannot come through a side gate without a stair, we are not the crew, even if the town is on the list.

The booking form only offers the towns above. If yours is missing, that is the answer. Hours and the company record are on the Yard page.
